Delivery Information


We use Shippit to freight many of the products that you’ll find in our store, with the exception of Front Runner (see below).


Front Runner products will ship from Front Runner’s Australian warehouse, usually within 2 business days of your purchase from Loaded 4X4. You’ll receive an email from us to confirm your purchase and you will then receive an email from Front Runner confirming that the order is in their system. You’ll then receive a third email confirming the shipping information and tracking number relating to your order once it has shipped.


We aren’t Amazon and we don’t want to be. We’re REAL and we deal directly with Australian suppliers of high-quality products. Good gear is worth waiting a little longer for and while our suppliers will do their very best to get your order to you asap, they have no control over the freight companies. Delivery times might range from 2 days to 14 days maximum with an average closer to 2 than 14…and yes, if you haven’t received your order within two weeks, something is wrong and you need to let us know. Thankfully it’s a rare occurrence but it can happen. If your brand new product turns up a little damaged then please contact us immediately.

If it turns up a lot damaged and you can tell this without having to open the packaging, then refuse to sign for and take delivery. If you notice there is damage to packaging but are not sure if the contents are damaged or not, then sign for the package and MAKE NOTE OF THE PACKAGING DAMAGE on the slip. Do NOT accept delivery without WRITING DOWN THE DETAILS OF THE DAMAGE on the delivery form first. Shipping companies will not satisfy an insurance claim without the damage being noted by the customer.
